Return & Refund Policy
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized orders — including laser engraved pieces, custom 3D printed items, and made-to-order products — are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders.
If you believe there is a defect or error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, issue store credit toward a future purchase.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items (such as hair bows and ready-made products), we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Approved returns will receive store credit.
How to Request a Store Credit
To report an issue or request a return:
- Email us at info@southlinecustoms.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the item
- We will respond within 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.
