Shipping policy

Orders are processed after payment is received and all custom details, artwork, or photos are provided.

Because many items are custom or made to order, production time may vary by product. Most custom orders require processing time before shipping.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Southline Customs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Southline Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, or issues outside of our control.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at southlinecustoms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
